Full course description

This NMSU hosted course is designed to allow licensed New Mexico pesticide applicators to fulfill their NMDA requirements for continuing education units (CEU's). One module completed serves as one CEU. Participants are able to design their own pesticide program by selecting modules, pre-recorded by our Extension Specialists, that apply to their specific needs. Upon completion of each module and successful quiz, each participant will earn one badge (1 CEU). Depending on the license type (Public vs. Private) the participant will need to earn 4-5 badges (4-5 CEU's). After the necessary badges (CEU's) are earned, the participants will be provided with the NMDA CEU certificate which they will need to sign and return to NMDA for credit.

Pre-license training is also available for those needing background material such as NM laws and regulations, insects and weeds. Upon completion of this pre-license training, participants are highly encouraged to register and schedule their license exam soon after.
